Through this program, DFI provides an
annual grant in the amount of $2,000 to one Endocrine Fellow,
with a concentration on diabetes, as proposed by the Division
of Endocrinology, Metabolism and Diabetes at each of New Jersey's
two Medical Schools, to attend the annual meeting of the American
Diabetes Association. The goal is to encourage the next generation
of endocrinologists and diabetologists to practice in New Jersey
and to become involved with DFI and its mission.
