The Foundation benefits from a data base of 8,500 supporters who have helped us in one way or another. Here is how you can participate. Contributions via cash, check, PayPal or credit card (American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover) are welcomed:

 Buy a raffle ticket

 Every Spring, the Foundation raffles off a new Porsche 911 Carrera. Tickets are sold from January to mid-June via mail,
fax and this website.

 
 

  Make a donation

 Support the Diabetes Foundation's grassroots programs with your personal or corporate contribution.

 
 

Bequest: Remember DFI in your will

 This is your personal legacy to help us ensure
the sustainability of our programs.

 To make a bequest, please have this simple sentence added to your will:
"I bequeath and devise the sum of $____________ to the Diabetes Foundation, a not-for-profit corporation presently located at
112 Prospect Street, Ridgewood, NJ 07450."

 Play in or Sponsor the Golf Outing

 Each fall, the Foundation holds a golf outing at the
Ridgewood Country Club. The 19th Annual Outing will be September 15, 2008. The evening festivities
include a raffle for travel and entertainment prizes.

 Attend the DFI Awards Dinner

 Annually, DFI hosts an Awards Dinner to recognize individuals and organizations that have made significant, meaningful contributions to diabetes education and treatment.
Buy an individual ticket(s) or reserve a table for ten. Opportunities for advertising in the Dinner Program are also available. To schedule advertising, please contact the DFI Office.
