Diabetes Foundation Inc. has been helping to improve the
care and quality of life for people with diabetes. We serve a
population that lives day-to-day with this serious chronic disorder.
- Proceeds from our major fund-raisers benefit our programs which include: public and professional education, diabetic children's camp sponsorships, and indigent assistance with diabetic medications and supplies in an effort to improve the quality of life for people with diabetes. |
